Wire thermal spraying

Thermal spraying using wire-shaped various metals.

◆◇◆ What is Wire Thermal Spraying ◆◇◆ It is a thermal spraying method that uses wire-shaped thermal spray materials. To control the temperature of the substrate being sprayed to within 150°C, thermal distortion and degradation of the substrate do not occur. Wire thermal spraying is also called low-temperature buildup spraying and allows for thick buildup. There are "arc spraying" and "wire flame spraying" systems.

Those troubled by surface treatment: Wire thermal spraying

Presentation of Technical Data: Introducing wire thermal spraying that revives discarded parts as maintenance technology!

Wire thermal spraying is a process that uses a combustion flame of oxygen and a combustible gas to heat wire-shaped metal thermal spray materials, melting them or bringing them close to a molten state, and then spraying them onto a substrate to form a coating. Build-up thermal spraying is suitable for repairing worn or dimensionally deficient parts of mechanical components without compromising their functionality. Additionally, for corrosion protection thermal spraying, there are zinc and aluminum alloy thermal sprays that prevent rust from forming on the base metal, serving as anti-corrosion thermal sprays.
